We want you to love every drop of Sean’s Spicy Ranch. If something's off, we’ll do our best to make it right. Here’s how returns and refunds work around here:


🧓 Can I Return My Ranch?

Due to the nature of food products, we can’t accept returns once a bottle has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or looking like it took a detour through a lava pit—we’ve got you.


āœ… Eligible Return Situations:

  • Your order arrived damaged or leaking

  • You received the wrong product

  • Something's clearly not right (like if your ranch is mysteriously glittery)


šŸ“¦ How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

  1. Contact us at returns@trymyranch.com withinĀ 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue

  3. Our AI support team (don’t worry—it’s nice) will process your request ASAP

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. No questions asked (okay, maybe like one or two).

We can’t process exchanges at this time, but feel free to reorder once your refund is confirmed.
